Beyond the city, the Hypercité!
Hypercité(s) is an urban exploration without borders of big cities of the world: New York, Detroit, Istanbul, Venice, Brasilia, Amsterdam, Paris or Peking.
Mixing real heritage and imaginary buildings, Jean-François Rauzier reinvents world cities. Iconic, popular, sacred, futurist… the most symbolic cities become extra-ordinary, timeless, as true numeric jigsaw puzzles.
Hypercité(s) is a non-standard project, a permanent work in progress, infinitely flexible with many possibilities. From classical exhibition to digital escape, or walks in the middle on cities’ walls, the visitor is invited to dream about yesterday’s and tomorrow’s cities.
